잠금 장치를 눌러도 반납이 안되고 앱에서 반납해도 인식이 안되는 건지 오래걸리거나 안되요ㅠ 이게 맞나..반납 부분만 개선 되면 될거 같아요 나머지는 이게 무료인가?싶을 정도로 너무 애용하고 좋은거 같습니다

갤럭시폰에서 쓸때는 대여 qr 스치기만해도 인식하고 대여시작 되었는데
아이폰버전은 대여 qr에 계속 카메라 비추고 있어도 인식을 못하네요 결국 자전거번호를 수기로 입력해야했습니다 이부분만 수정되었으면 좋겠습니다

어플도 깔아 둬서 궁금해서 처음 사용해보는 중에 타고 집으로 가면서 이게 왜 리뷰에 욕이 많을까 생각했습니다
10분 정도 사용후 주차 지정된곳이 저희 동네 지하철 쪽 자전거 주차 하는 곳이라서 주차하고 반납하기 위해서 잠금하라고 되어있어서 
잠금한후 민원 요청(반납 요청)해야 하더라고요 그래서
사진 찍고 반납리뷰 작성하고 집에 오니 확인이 안된다고 하더라고요 ㅈ같아서 그냥 페널티 적용이라는 핸디캡? 썼어요 30일 동안 이용 못한다는데 그냥 평생 안쓰려고요 이게 세금으로 만들어 졌다는게 ㅂㅅ같고
아이디어는 너무 좋은데 어플등 초보제작자를 사용한건지 너무 허술하고 자전거도 너무 기본에만 충실해서 그닥 그랬어요 굳이 추천해드리고싶지 않아요

요번에 새폰으로 바꾸고 데이터 옮기고 새폰 사용중인데 타슈 전 회원이라 그대로 이름 생년월일 전폰이랑 똑같이 적었는데 회원정보가 틀리다고 나와서 고객센터에 전화걸었는데 상담요청이 너무 많아서 못받는다 나와서 아쉽긴했지만 전에 타슈쓸때도 타슈에 타이어 펑크난 자전거 배터리 나간 자전거 등등 고장난게 너무 많았고 또 자전거를 누가 가져갔는데 새로고침해도 표시가 늦게 뜨는 점이 많이 아쉬웠어요 그러니 버그랑 자전거 확인좀 해주세요

자전거 자체는 신식이고 무료라서 좋지만 시스템이 너무 구려요... 제대로 인식이 되고 반납이 되는게 최우선 기능인데 참... 되는날이 복받은 날이라고 여겨질만큼 관리가 너무 안되네요. 차라리 돈을 받으시더라 질 좋은 환경을 구축해주셨으면 합니다. 좋은 서비스 만들어주셔서 감사합니다
