Need background syncing. 

Second, videos not syncing, on phone it shows syncing progress bar always & on system it shows video files as temp file in videos folder

Daemon sync has been really useful for me, it is an easy and fast way for me to move photos and videos from my ipod to a windows pc. Really enjoying it!
