I can only purchase tickets for myself by using this app, not for other family members!!!! It’s my suggestion to the developers to add some more features. I tried registering OTP never came, tried again and again pressed resend one time pin still nothing happened. It shows invalid mobile number every time for registration. ### 1/5 — Very bad app *2022-01-19* The app is very bad and the information they are collecting is very personal and private. Anyone can steal this private information easily because they have literally no security built-in the app or data privacy policy explaining how they maintain and secure data. Icons and font used in the app UI are too small. Also their international phone number registration OTP doesn’t work for foreigners. The schedules are all black, you can’t see them. And you can’t add your credit card info cause everything letter is in white. ### 1/5 — Imran *2020-02-17* I live in New York. What an amazing and impressive app. I down loaded it just to explore when I was in Pakiatan. After coming back to United States I am using it for last six months (may be more )to book a seat for my father who is old for his needs while in New York. It always worked and worked perfectly. Yes it takes more than one attempt in order to accept my credit card for payment obviously because of security reasons , but I follow the steps and IT REALLYYYYYY REALLY WORKS. My father and my family has no issue what so ever when I book a seat for them to board a bus. Secondly the scheduled displayed is always correct . I encourage everyone to use it from anywhere in the world in order to make it success and make it aware to everyone living abroad. Although it would be even less than a drop in ocean but still doing this we will be sending foreign remittances too, which is always needed for our country. UPDATED ON FEB 17, 2020 The app is not working as it use to work. NOT TAKING CREDIT CARDS at all. Please address the issue and fix it. THANKS ### 1/5 — Buggy app *2020-01-09* The app is quite buggy. Can't use credit card. 30 percent charges on the refund. Full of bugs. It just won’t allow you to make your account on it. Tried it like 20 times.
