Nice update, jerks. 
You deleted my account. 
NO support for a nine year old unit.
Error code look up yields only the name of the fault.
My time would be better spent looking for information on YouTube, or asking the apprentice janitor. 
I will think about this every time a customer asks me for a recommendation.
