Unlike other apps cough *Stella* this app allows you to test for free before buying. And it is free but has optional purchase of 3$ for background music. Thats amazing. No subscription bs

Simple and straightforward yet super effective. Prompts are great for beginners but you have the option to create your own as well. Would love to see a sleep timer or just timer in general but that’s not a big deal
