## What is Daily Affirmations?

Rewire your mindset and replace negative self-talk with powerful, daily affirmations tailored to your life.

How many times a day do self-doubting thoughts repeat in your mind? You don't need another generic self-help book to transform your life—you just need to change the words you say to yourself every single day.

Affirmations strengthen the connection between your conscious and subconscious mind, building resilience and an abundance mindset. Whether you want to relieve anxiety, boost self-esteem, or stay focused on your goals, your daily dose of positivity is always one glance away.

Key Features:

-	Personalized Daily Program: Answer a few quick questions to receive affirmations tailored directly to your current goals and mood.

-	Lock Screen & Home Screen Widgets: Display uplifting messages directly on your screen. Choose from various aesthetic widget styles.

-	Smart Reminders & Daily Streaks: Set custom notification prompts throughout the day to pause, reflect, and maintain your streak.

-	Categories for Every Mood: Explore curated collections for anxiety relief, self-care, motivation, focus, sleep, confidence, and peace.

-	Custom Themes: Personalize your experience with minimalist, dark, animated, or seasonal themes, or upload your own photos.

-	Share Positivity: Export beautiful affirmation cards to share with friends, family, or social media.
