### 3/5 — Was amazing; now it is not working

*2025-10-03*

Amazing app until it stopped working, I believe, since the last update.
Please fix it.

### 4/5 — Sadly no

*2025-04-13*

I had a gotten this app a short time ago. It seemed to work and I thought I had gotten pro. Checked today no pro. When you hit restore, it takes you to a screen that says something about welcome to the family. Then you can’t exit out of that. Mind you the restore is way down low barely tappable. You have to close the app to start all over again. If you tap the heart symbol the app just crashes. This app is a mess. One star and delete.

### 4/5 — Great app for art lovers

*2025-03-27, version 1.3.2*

Please consider adding dark mode, widgets, and Traditional Chinese language.

### 2/5 — Review

*2025-03-20*

Hi! I’d love to give your app 5 stars, but it would be even better if we could go back and read the bios of art pieces we missed. Some of us can’t always view an artwork on the day it’s featured, and when we try to catch up later, only the image is available—no bio or description. This makes it hard for us artists and other users to fully appreciate the work. Please consider adding a feature that allows us to access past artwork bios. It would greatly enhance the experience! Thank you!

**Developer response:** Hello, thank you very much for your review. If you open the artwork, at the bottom right you have a button, with 3 dots, if you press, you can see the past works of art and access their descriptions. Regarding missing works of art, the app only advances one day when you enter. Example, you are on day 3 and you haven't entered in a week, when you enter you will be on day 4, you never leave days behind, we did it this way with the intention that you do not lose any day. I hope I have clarified your problems and for any matter we will be happy to assist you. Thank you

### 1/5 — Another fine Bait & Switch by our Friend Alberto

*2025-03-11, version 1.2.0*

So ok in fairness to the developer he makes or gets involved with very interesting apps that actually do a wonderful service in a world filled with chaos and fast changing technology.

All of his apps focus on taking a breath stepping back learning to be ok with yourself or ask the ai therapist for CBT guidance.

His art app is another beautiful tool helping those without access to some of this the ability to learn and appreciate Art so kudos for all this!!! Honestly you are bringing interesting apps into the public which provide benefits for everyone.

That you get so defensive and butt hurt when people call you out on your flimflam privacy policies or how ever app you have launched has been tied into at some point FREE lifetime subscription promotions which this app was a part of on 3-9-25 via AppAdvice yet claiming said subscription was only met with paid plans and interesting entrepreneurial skills seen on qvc or any marketing by grifters promoting all the sales the app is processing someone in Atlanta just joined for a year a person from Paris joined for a month our own office of many brought a flood of yearly subscriptions from New York and Los Angeles as we again like your apps BuT your games the bait and switch and definitely data collecting are a reality and you know this no matter how many times you disagree doesn’t make it not true.

100 people downloaded the app yesterday 14 were able to claim the free lifetime subscription but no matter what the other 86 tried it would never allow them to take advantage of the promotion promised.

You got all there contact info and other data provided by Apple which because we partner with them in TV series are well versed in what data is available to any app or tv show when someone buys.

That you choose to be deceptive on every app you’re involved with Alberto is sad because again they’re all actually good apps and no doubt you want to make money which is fair but ethics and integrity are just as important and GREED will forever be gross.

1 star for bait and switch but 5 stars for helping people better understand themselves or see art they might never be exposed to.

And the restore purchase is having issues as is the text if you use an older iPhone or iPod touch is impossible to click on certain things because of coding issues geared at only newest iPhones.

Unrelated have you tried talking with your CBT coach about why you get so butt hurt when people call out genuine issues that you know are present - breath take a moment and just be ok yeah???

Don’t vent at the people that pay your bills or help you live when they point out something you might not agree be ok say thank you let it go 😊

Hopefully you’ll let us know how to claim the lifetime subscription that was offered via AppAdvice on 3-9-25 ✌️

### 1/5 — Attention Arnaque

*2025-02-21*

### 1/5 — Restore purchases?

*2025-02-16*

Where is the “restore purchases” button?

Edit: I'm not sure why you feel irritated, but I have a screenshot for you.

### 1/5 — Restore purchases?

*2025-02-12*

Where is the “restore purchases” button?

**Developer response:** We replied to your email in less than 10 minutes, providing detailed instructions. Also, the button is in the same place as in other apps. Coming here just to leave a negative review is completely unnecessary.

### 2/5 — Not a great 1st Impression..

*2025-02-06*

.. Art may be subjective and open to various interpretation but principles of honesty and transparency are not. When an app registers and lists its privacy policy in the App Store as “data not collected” be sure to ALWAYS look at its actual disclosures. After navigating past an oddly and mostly unreadable onboarding process (text size was huge and unchangeable) my brow was further raised when I began reading through the *actual privacy policy. The app has a nice concept and a developing execution. Fair. The bait and switch privacy policy? Not a good look. 👀
             ——Update——
“By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.” Do developers use copy and paste policies from the internet? Do they mean what they say? Why would there even be categories of collection, use, retention, sharing (with mergers, partners, affiliates, service providers, etc) where your data is defined as an asset of the company? This also implies such future handling even if not in current practice..
If word and principle matter to you, read the actual legal privacy policy, and test the easy claims.
Honor and a good name can still be lost even if “everybody does it.”

### 5/5 — Lovely app

*2025-01-30*

I was lucky enough to get a lifetime subscription free via AppAdvice. I want to thank you. I am truly enjoying your app and feel I’m learning quite a bit. It is a beautiful app!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Great idea covering four artistic realms!

*2025-07-19*

What happened with this app? It has been months with empty galleries. No response after sending the owner multiple emails.
BUYERS BEWARE!

### 1/5 — Scammer.

*2025-07-18, version 1.5.1*

Scammer, all your apps are shown as temporarily free, but not a single app is truly free for a limited time; it's just a trick to increase downloads.

### 1/5 — Super laggy

*2025-07-14, version 1.5.1*

This app has too many lags! Every day when I press on Photography, architecture and sculpture it won’t show any words except the headings. Please fix this issue immediately!

### 1/5 — Muss zahlen trotz Pro-Abo

*2025-06-19, version 1.5.1*

### 1/5 — Another Greedy Developer

*2025-06-18*

Lost lifetime access after update and restore button doesn’t work.

### 1/5 — Issue with Lifetime Subscription Access

*2025-06-07*

I purchased a lifetime subscription to your app, which included full PRO access. However, I’m now being asked to subscribe again to access PRO features.

Please check my account and restore my lifetime access as promised.

### 1/5 — From free to paywall

*2025-04-21, version 1.4.2*

The art selection was quite nice. Many well known pieces and once in a while a lesser known work of art worth discovering.
The texts are too obviously AI generated, causing funny idiosyncrasies and a lot of redundancy.
The bummer is that it went from free to paywall without adding anything.
I would have understood if added material was made available for a fee, but they simply took what they have and upped the price.
That’s me gone.

### 1/5 — Geldgier

*2025-04-19, version 1.4.1*

### 1/5 — Updated useless and locked other views

*2025-04-13*

Updated spoiled the app, simply deleting.

### 1/5 — Suddenly this is a subscription app.

*2025-04-12*

Not acceptable that an update adds a subscription with an app update. Deleted the app.

*2025-04-11, version 1.3.8*

（Add traditional Chinese for me. I don't want Simplified Chinese. I'm a payer!! Get it for free!）

### 5/5 — Learn to savor beautiful art pieces while you relax and learn!

*2025-04-02*

Hats off to the developer for creating an interesting, educational, and relaxing app with a sleek interface. This app does one thing really well, which is to introduce the user to classic and compelling art pieces. Details about each piece are easily accessed and they help tell the story of the artwork. Along with paintings, the art includes photography, architecture, and sculpture, with new pieces available to view in each domain every day. The app keeps a library of the items viewed so you can look through them again at your leisure. I am pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy looking through the content, and find it relaxing when I am waiting for an appointment or have a few minutes to kill. So much better than playing a mindless game or getting distracted by social media. I get exposed to new pieces of art history and learn things I would never come across otherwise. For me this app is a hidden gem that keeps me coming back each day to see what’s new! The only change I would like to see is the option for the text-based information to support dark mode. The white background is pretty stark for my eyes, even if I dim my screen. Aside from this, this app is a keeper.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your kind words; we truly appreciate reviews like yours. We love when users suggest new features, as Daily Art is built for you. In upcoming updates, we’ll be adding dark mode. Thanks again, and have a wonderful day!

### 5/5 — Great Tool

*2025-03-09*

Let me start at the beginning. When discovering this app, I first looked over the reviews to get a broader understanding. I looked at both the good and bad and was, at first, taken aback by some folks who seemed to pick apart bits and pieces of the app by first impression experience. At first I felt that the response from the developer was slightly defensive. I did stop myself in that thought however as I realized that I was making a preconceived assumption, because if you place yourself in another person’s position, you then are able to see a much broader picture. If I spent a lot of time on a project, shaping and perfecting something for other people, I too would feel a certain way over reviews that didn’t fairly “review” the app in it’s entirety. With that being said, I went ahead and downloaded the app. Going through this Art gallery, I was quite pleased with the layout. The app’s ability to keep all past reviewed art pieces in your own personal library is awesome too, because, going back to the art that inspired you is so essential for personal inspiration. Each piece describes what you are looking at, the idea behind it and popular perception and meaning. The best part of this app and the part that I named this review after, “Great Tool”, is located within the description of every art piece you view. This app explains in detail what you are looking at, meaning, if you are an artist who struggles to put your vision into words, this app explains so much in the best possible details. Let’s say you are starting to play with Art Creation via AI, and your prompts could use some major help in depicting your vision, by educating yourself on the beauty of existing artwork and this app’s amazing descriptions, your ability to create your own amazingly beautiful artwork is something that can be 100% achievable. Thank you to the creators of this app’s amazing descriptions, it turned out to be exactly what I needed. Much ❤️

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for such a detailed review, we truly appreciate it. 😊 Most of the negative reviews come from trolls on a well-known social network, which explains our tone in responding. We treat our real users with love. 💙

We would love to receive more feedback from you about the app. You can send it through the contact form available in the app. Your feedback is very important to us. ✨

Additionally, the new features coming soon are suggestions from our users. Thank you for being part of this community! 🎨🙌

### 5/5 — Art Critic Reviews

*2025-03-08*

This is a brand-new app! There are things that need to be tweaked, reworked, etc. However, that is not the case excuse to low rate such a wonderfully refreshing app! Personally, as someone new to art, I find the app to be absolutely beautiful! I’m sure that it will only get better with time. So, don’t be a snobby art critic when considering how/what to rate the app. Everyone has to start somewhere!

**Developer response:** Hello, thank you very much for your words. We love receiving feedback from our users, so any suggestions for improvement can be sent to us through the app form. I hope you have a nice day

### 5/5 — Review….

### 5/5 — A Painting A Day

*2025-02-04*

This is a simple app that shows and explains a painting a day, along with sculpture and architecture- I love art and enjoy seeing and learning
