## What is Daily Ballast?

Affirmations that don't lie to you.

Most affirmation apps hand everyone the same words and call it positivity. Ballast is written for the situation you're actually in — anxiety, exams and student pressure, building something on your own, chronic illness, new parenthood — in the voice of an adult who doesn't lie to you.
