Considering I paid for this, you think the quality would be worth it. Would be nice if it got fixed. This app is hit or miss at best. I spent money on this app, more than I expected to spend and it rarely works. I spent a fourth on others and have 3x more information and tools for sobriety. At first I was thrilled and even persuaded others and now I feel like a fool. Please fix this app so it can be enjoyable and helpful again. I could have done much more with the amount of money towards more useful apps. I hope there’s even someone who read’s these and maybe fix this thing. It’s a bit annoying, but whatever. However, these last few days the 5 minute speakers haven’t even worked. The app has promise, but it’s just not quite dialed in. ———- Overall speakers are good - wish they were a bit longer though (they are about 3-5 min each). Would be nice to have the option to ‘hear more‘. As with speaker meetings, you connect more with some, and less with others. I paid for the lifetime subscription of $9.99. After the ‘free 7 days’ the app stopped working saying the free trial was up. But, I had previously paid. I tried to put a ticket in on the website - didn’t work. FAQ’s didn’t load. Reset app cache, reset phone and everything started working. Hopefully that isn’t a reoccurring thing. ### 2/5 — Great app when working *2020-07-30, version 4.2.3* I purchased the lifetime subscription in early July, I really enjoyed the content. Approximately 7 days upon lifetime purchase I received notification, my seven day trial is no longer. I was confused by the nature of this message seeming I had already made a lifetime purchase. I emailed audiojoy customer service whom never responded, although in two days my access we granted. A week later the same situation occurred, I emailed the audiojoy customer service and have not received a response nor regained access. I am now interested in canceling my subscription which is also seems difficult to reach customer service. ### 5/5 — There is no where to cancel subscription *2020-07-30, version 4.2.3* Where do I cancel? Give us the option to listen to all that these speakers have to say.
