I’ve recently started to focus more on breathing exercises to try to help manage my daily stress levels and this Daily Breathing app has truly aided in this. I first learned about Daily Breathing on instagram with their daily breathing exercises and have been hooked ever since. I look forward to opening the app and seeing my suggestions because they truly help. This app is very easy to navigate. The sounds and pictures with each exercise are very southing in aiding my body to pause, calm down and just reset.
