If the developers have any tips to try retrieve my data- I emailed the contact but no answer yet. ### 5/5 — Still Using Daily After 5 Yrs *2026-01-24, version 5.6.5* I’ve been using this app for 5 yrs and love it. The daily budget home screen lets me quickly see how I’m doing compared to my income and savings goals so I can adjust accordingly. I tried using apps that connect automatically to bank, credit cards, etc. but realized that for me, I needed the tangibility of entering in each expense. I know this was supposed to be fixed by the most recent update, but it hasn’t fixed it for me. I will change this review, but I couldn’t find any other way to communicate with the developer since I don’t have the Reddit app and it won’t let me see the page without it. At the end of 2020. Making it unusable for my pay structure. Adding 5 extra steps to do something that was automatic before. I sent in a request to fix it. I stopped using the app and waiting for the fix. It’s April 2022 and still not fixed. Just checked it again. I really loved this app. But I have learned to live without it. Update to response: I requested the ability to customize the options on distributing extra income. You picked 3 arbitrary timeframes to distribute extra income when it used to automatically distributed to the current cycle. Cycles are customizable, the three distribution presets are not. Selecting the start and end dates is very cumbersome because instead of a calendar you use a scroll wheel. So I have to leave the app just to look at a real calendar. I understand I’m not in the majority so I guess who cares about me then. I paid for the app early on. It’s a hard lesson to learn for paying for an app I believed in, only to find out that the developers only believe in the majority. Lesson learned. ### 1/5 — Seems ok on the surface *2021-04-11, version 5.5* I just set it up initially to see how it works but now I can not edit the initial amounts? There are limitations that I don't understand, after all, it is very easy to put more filters.
