## What is Daily?

Daily is a calm, structured assistant for college students who do better with a clear plan than a blank page.

It keeps four things in one place:

TODAY
Your daily routine as a short, ordered list. Tap an item when it's done, skip it when it isn't. Nothing scolds you, nothing turns red. Items adapt over time as they become habit.

SCHOOLWORK
Add an assignment and Daily breaks it into concrete steps with its own smaller deadlines, so a paper due in three weeks stops being one intimidating block. Finishing early is worth more than finishing on time.

SCHEDULE
Classes, appointments, and anything you add yourself, in one agenda. Daily tells you when to leave so you get there without rushing.

ASK
A private assistant you can think out loud to. Ask it to explain an assignment, plan a week, or rehearse a conversation you're nervous about, like asking a professor for help or ordering in a busy dining hall.

BUILT FOR EXECUTIVE FUNCTION
Daily was designed with, and for, a student who finds transitions and open-ended tasks hard. Every screen is built on the same principles: one clear next action, no shame language, no infinite scroll, no streaks to lose, and no notifications that pile up as guilt.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No ads. No trackers. No analytics. No location access. Daily does not sell or share your information. Access is by invitation only, using a one-time setup code.

Daily is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-09-04

Share to Daily: from any app, share a screenshot, photo, or PDF of an assignment page to Daily and it becomes an assignment with a plan. Apple Watch: Daily now lives on the watch face. See the task whose time it is and mark it done right there. Plus fixes to assignment planning.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-16

Maps got a big upgrade: tap for a live walk or bus time from wherever you are, plan a trip around when you need to arrive, and get a heads-up plus a time-to-leave reminder for classes and events. Reminders now tidy themselves up so old ones no longer pile up. Plus small fixes and polish.

### 1.1 — 2026-08-10
