MONITOR TIME USAGE
Create dedicated trackers for activities you want to spend less time on. Watch your progress grow as the app calculates exactly how long you’ve been away from specific distractions, showing you exactly how much time you have gained back for your passions.

SECURE PRIVACY PROTECTIONS
Some activities are personal. Keep your sensitive logs completely private with a "lock activity" feature. This hides specific entries behind a secure PIN, keeping them out of your main insights view until you are ready to access them.

We updated the app to let you use any Apple SF Symbol as a custom icon when creating or editing your daily activities and commitments. Instead of being limited to the preset options, you can now type in the name of any symbol (like "receipt" or "bell.fill") to instantly see a preview of it matching your chosen theme color. To help prevent typos, the app automatically checks the symbol name right on your device and will guide you if it's not a recognized icon, making it incredibly easy to personalize your goals.

We’ve separated your daily schedule from your master list of activities. You can now easily build, edit, and manage your core habits in their own dedicated "Stack" tab.

Additionally, we corrected the sleep statistics in the Insights tab to accurately reflect the last 7 calendar days and fixed a bug to ensure your most recent sleep schedule is consistently displayed upon reopening the app.
