I downloaded the app and it won't open

This app was developed by non-native English speakers and they are clearly not experts at English or the phonics of English, which this app attempts to teach children through games. It is a clunky interface and it's unclear what the child is supposed to do. It's difficult to play in the first place, plus it is slow to load and has way too many ads! Don't waste your time.
