They are, in the case of the Divine, their names. No one would write “holy spirit”, or “holy Spirit.” And it avoids confusion. When speaking of God’s relationship to man, it is plain which “he” or “He” is being referred to. We should have enough respect for God to capitalize “He.” ### 4/5 — Almost excellent *2020-09-06, version 6.0.1* I read this every day, and have done so for a few years. There’s plenty of good truth to chew on. Plenty of the gospel. And I appreciate the writer’s occasional emphasis on the biblical truth of God’s sovereignty. One thing holds me back from 5 stars, and from recommending it...the KJV translation that is used. It was once a touchstone of the English language. But nowadays it’s getting to be an ancient relic. No young person should be subjected to it before college age, and no adult should use it as their primary bible.
