This company is a joke who does not listen to their customer. ### 1/5 — Making promises they can’t fulfill *2026-01-21* They’ve lost me as a customer. They ran a promotion to get a free hat with a $50 purchase one day, then ran out of supplies (without notifying customers). I’m tired of the gimmicks. You can fill your cart go to check out and then it’s not available. It won’t tell you which item isn’t, so you’re stuck manually going through each item to delete it so you can check out and buy the time you do something else has gone out of stock. The app has bugs but that coupled up with the fact that they purposely release a small amount of product to “sell out” is frustrating and just not good business.
