## What is Daily Fluctuations?

Weigh yourself two mornings in a row and you might see a kilo of difference. Usually that's just water, food, and salt, not fat. All that day-to-day movement hides the thing you actually want to know: are you going up, coming down, or staying put?

Daily Fluctuations answers that. It pulls your weigh-ins from Apple Health and smooths out the noise so you can see your real weight and where it's headed, without the guesswork.

What it does

• Shows your trend weight, not the scale's mood that morning.
• Gives you one number you can trust, plus roughly how much you're gaining or losing each week.
• Plots the smooth trend line over your actual readings. Switch between 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or everything, and drag across the chart to read any single day.
• Keeps working if you skip a day, a week, or a whole month. Life happens, and the math handles it.
• Works in kilograms, pounds, or stones.
• Lets you type in a weigh-in by hand, which goes straight back into Apple Health.
