Life is hard and I'm sick of negative msgs on social media and pressures at work. I've tried various self help apps but its been hard to stick to after a couple days..with daily gift I aesthetic affirmation card and exercises everyday - easy and pleasant to do! I I think it's a pretty new app & can't wait til they release the premium featurs

This app has a potential for next level journaling app… only if I can actually read my previous notes! I am not sure if that feature is also available once I am on the waitlist. I’m on the waitlist, really excited to get my invites!
