They placed an order for me 2 1/2 months after the account was canceled. Fighting the company on this. ### 5/5 — All around great *2026-01-18, version 2025.5.1* We have had Daily Harvest for years and their food is good, the snacks are tasty, and the smoothies are spectacular. Although I have loved the food, we had to cancel recently because of some changes in our life, and it was the easiest thing to cancel! Just that experience makes me love Daily Harvest that much more when it is time for us to restart our plan I will happily restart our plan with Daily Harvest. Just threw 120.00 in the garbage. There was no notice that this would be happening. I would like an explanation. Tariffs? More expensive labor? Even after skipping every available box, I was surprised with an auto-renewal and charge for my last order without any clear alert that it would process again. The platform’s process is confusing and not user-friendly. There's no simple way to fully pause or opt out of auto-renewals, and the cutoff deadlines aren’t well-communicated. To make matters worse, customer service is lunhelpful. The response I received essentially blamed me for not skipping fast enough, despite having skipped every visible option. There’s no accountability or flexibility in resolving the issue. Daily Harvest needs to improve both its customer experience and subscription management system. As it stands, the service feels more like a trap than a convenience. I have not been able to get the issue resolved. This app is terrible. It’s in desperate need of usability testing. Simple tasks like changing your order, knowing when a box is coming, understanding what is coming in each shipment, etc. are all very confusing. Not excusable to have a digital experience like this in 2025. Do some user research and figure it out. ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-03-09, version 2025.1* The food is simply awful. Nothing is tasty aside from the smoothies. DH definitely capitalizes on using cheap ingredients and targeted marketing to sell bland, tasteless food. Highly don’t recommend. ### 1/5 — Canceling Account *2025-02-23, version 2025.1* Been trying for days to log in to make sure my delivery was skipped for this week. Get nothing but a spinning icon. I am not going to be on the hook for continuous delivery if I can’t control the when I want it. Absolute garbage app. If I can’t get a hold of a customer service rep to cancel then I’ll just stop payment and mail them back a box of rotten fruit slag.
