## What is Daily Health Notes?

Daily Health Notes is a simple personal health journal for recording everyday health information.
Record symptoms such as coughing or headaches, body temperature, blood pressure, medical tests, notes, and medication details. Add significance levels to symptoms and review your records through weekly and monthly trends.
Track menstrual cycles by recording period start and end dates, daily flow levels, and intimate days. The calendar highlights period ranges and provides predictions for upcoming periods.
Set reminders for medications and medical-test appointments. Choose daily or weekly medication schedules, or record medications without reminders.
Family profiles help keep health records organized for different people. Each person has separate entries, medications, cycle tracking, history, and trends.
Records are stored locally on your device and automatically synced to your private iCloud database when iCloud is available. Use Settings → iCloud Sync → Sync Now to retrieve records when setting up a new device. You can also export a backup when needed.
