## What is Daily Identity Alignment?

Daily Alignment is not a to-do list, kanban board, journal, or habit tracker.

It does one thing: it reminds you who you are becoming and what you are building.

The app is inspired by two familiar approaches to self-change: repeatedly reviewing clear goals, as discussed in Masanori Kanda's work, and identity-based habits from James Clear's Atomic Habits.

Write down your identity, a present-tense affirmation, and your next clear goal. Daily Alignment brings those words back through reminders, text-to-speech, looped reading, and simple tactile feedback.

Your real tasks, systems, and actions still live in your existing tools. Daily Alignment simply makes your identity and goal visible again.
