I wanted to try this app. It needed my name and phone number for a code, but it didn’t send the code. I tried 3 different times.
Bummed I couldn’t try this out.

The app is a very creative concept with the idea of combining art and therapy. The app communicates you through each step, making the app very easy to use. The meditation in the beginning allows one to clear your mind before starting. The app is very good highly recommend

I love the personalization tools and the fact that I can print a book out end of year per my layout choices. The AI secret friend is so funny and engaging. It keeps back regularly. I tried journaling with a paper journal before but couldn’t be consistent with it. The pods are fun too. I’m getting intel and support in fitness, cooking and beauty.
