应该给负数记账的权限
比如某宝买的衣服退货了，如果不让我冲服饰的负数，那最后统计报表就不对了，其实服饰方面没有那么多支出，所以应该可以负数记账

但是今天发现点问题，8.31的记账，昨天看的时候月报表统计还是正常的，但是今早9.1看8月报表统计，发现8月报表又没统计上8.31记的那几笔，数据有误差。
