Want high school sports, look elsewhere. Need to bring cutoff for news into the evening, not early afternoon. Then write in-depth about local sports (might cover one football game and a day or so later, put in some stats on individual players). Hire people to report and investigate, not simply reiterate what someone says with no true examination. ### 2/5 — Yesterday’s News *2025-05-12, version 8.1.0* My eNewspaper is giving me yesterday’s newspaper edition. It does this every day. It says the e-mail is sent but it doesn’t send. There are so many local issues that affect Rutherford Countians daily lives that the newspaper is ignoring. State and national news outlets abound. We need LOCAL news! ### 2/5 — DNJ REVIEW *2024-07-22, version 7.11.1* May be the worst newspaper in the USA. Very few new stories daily,continually runs the SAME story for days. We understand Murfreesboro is welcoming a new Trader Joe’s, as the DNJ has run the same story each day for 10 days!! Someone needs to take care of the athlete of the week better the voting was suppose to close at 2pm on Thursday(yesterday) but it still hasn’t for the girls the boys closed when it was supposed to! ### 2/5 — Negligent Covid reporting *2020-11-15, version 6.2.0* Cases are skyrocketing. Hospitals are filling up. Very few articles pertain to this. How about some daily local hospital figures. I just spoke to a Covid nurse at st thomas Rutherford hospital and she said 5 nurses on the Covid floor have Covid and some of them still work with it! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2020-04-10, version 5.24.3* I subscribed and still can’t sign in. Always blocks articles after paying ### 1/5 — Horrible *2019-07-17, version 5.18.1* I am not able to read the entire paper. I don’t want old news that I have read days ago. Why am I not able to send this? The app glitches and never recognizes my account, and freezes whenever I try to log back in! It’s honestly highway robbery, for how much I pay and how little I am able to access through the app. ### 2/5 — Nice local content *2017-05-26, version 4.12.1* This is a great app to read local news. However, ALL content should be free like the USA Today. They only let you see so many or certain stories and then they cut off the access to the full story.
