Just this week (Nov 1), I started having problems with the featured puzzles section (autumn anthology) all because I keep getting the Internet connection error. I contacted the app support yesterday, heard back from them today, November 2. Tried everything: restarting my device, checking to make sure I have a Wi-Fi connection and even reinstalling the app to no avail. I look forward to each days puzzle and keeping my streak going. This morning , Oct 11, I can't get into it because of your advertising. It will not go away no matter how many times I try to "x" it out. "Just Fit Lazy Workout" will not delete. I'm upset for the time I've played and now will lose my long running streak. What about a log in bonus, also why don’t you do untimed puzzles to make it even more fun. Also, could you have more choices for us besides the daily puzzle without costing money. It would be nice to have these improvements. Is there anything your coders can do to eliminate this requirement? I am able to open 6 other apps without problem. I enjoy this game greatly and had a perfect two year score before this trip. Other than the daily puzzles (which we don’t get any credits for ), how are we suppose to purchase all these puzzle packs if we aren’t getting enough credits for playing? We do get credit for achieving certain levels/stages but it’s not enough. I’ve also tried signing in using my Facebook but it never works , so I’m unable to receive bonus credits/points.
