## What is Daily Reps?

Consistency, with receipts.

Daily Reps builds you a personalized strength plan and shows you the habit forming as you follow it. Every workout you finish registers right away: another week on your streak, another day filled in on your calendar, another point on your strength graph. The plan keeps adjusting from what you actually lift, so those numbers keep moving.

SEE YOUR CONSISTENCY
Your weekly streak grows with every week you train. A 12-week consistency grid, a training calendar and your full workout history show exactly how often you've shown up — at a glance, not in a spreadsheet.

A PLAN BUILT AROUND YOU
Tell it your goal, your experience, the days you train and what you have to lift with. Daily Reps recommends three programs that fit, shows you the plan before you commit, and pins it to your training days. Prefer a proven program? Choose from more than 50 in the plan library.

GET STRONGER, VISIBLY
The progression engine prescribes the load and reps for every set from your logged history. It adds weight when you've earned it and deloads when a lift stalls. Estimated one-rep max, volume and personal records are tracked over 4 weeks, 12 weeks, a year and all time, lift by lift.

TODAY'S WORKOUT, READY WHEN YOU ARE
Open the app and today's workout is waiting: exercises, sets, reps, loads and rest. No planning, no guessing. Move a day, switch a workout or build a one-off workout around a muscle group, and a started workout is always kept.

BUILT FOR THE EQUIPMENT YOU OWN
Home gym, garage, hotel gym or bodyweight only. Choose from 81 pieces of equipment, and every plan and workout bends to what you have — across 229 exercises.

ALSO INCLUDED
• Set logging with an automatic rest timer and plate math
• Apple Watch app: log sets and run your rest timer from your wrist, in step with your iPhone
• Apple Health, two-way, and optional Strava sharing
• Warm-up ramps, supersets, cardio and stretch cool-downs, each your choice
• Widgets, and a Live Activity that follows your whole workout on the Lock Screen
• Sync across your devices

WHY THE NUMBERS HOLD UP
The progression rules are grounded in published strength-training research. Every workout is built on-device, so you can keep training even when you're offline.

WHAT IT DOESN'T DO
iPhone and Apple Watch only. No social feed. No calorie tracking.

Daily Reps provides general fitness information and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing an exercise program.

Daily Reps Pro requires a monthly or annual subscription after the trial. Pricing and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Manage your membership from Daily Reps Settings.

### 5/5 — Takes the Thinking Out of Working Out

*2026-10-06*

I have ADHD and I’m honestly pretty unorganized when it comes to working out. As a beginner, I never really knew what exercises to do or how to put together a proper workout. Daily Reps takes a lot of that thinking out of it and builds a plan around what I actually want to work on, so I can just show up and focus on getting the workout done.

I’ve tried a bunch of fitness apps, but this is probably the first one I’ve actually wanted to stick with. It’s simple, easy to use, and doesn’t make working out feel more complicated than it needs to be. If you’re a beginner or just someone who tends to overthink what to do at the gym, I definitely recommend it. Really appreciate the developer for making an app like this.

### 5/5 — Great Daily Workout Tracker

*2026-09-11*

Love this app, helps me track my progression in the gym and recommends how much weight I should be doing without me having to think about it.

### 5/5 — Very convenient

*2026-09-10*

This app is very convenient and is helping me stay consistent in the gym!!

### 5/5 — Solid

*2026-09-08*

I’ve been using this app for a while now, it auto generates the workout, editing it is simple when I want to change something. This is the first time I've actually stuck to a routine for more than a couple weeks. Rest timer alerts have been great for keeping me focused between sets. Pumps have been some of my best honestly.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-10-01

Apple Watch and iPhone, in step.
Log a set on either and the rest timer runs on both. The alert comes from the one you logged on, and a shaky connection no longer loses a set from your wrist.

Your whole workout on the Lock Screen.
The Live Activity now lasts from first set to last. Log a set or skip your rest without unlocking, even with the app closed. And +10 on the Dynamic Island finally means 10.

A new look.
The lime Daily Reps icon, a new launch screen and a new sign-in.

A calmer Today.
Your week sits right on the page, and the day you pick slides in from its side.

Your plan, at a glance.
Plan overview is now a summary: where you are, how you're tracking and every workout in it. Open one to change it from now on.

One set of icons.
Drawn the same way across the app, each in the colour of what it means.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-29

Daily Reps is rebuilt around five tabs: Today, Plan, Progress, History and Settings.

• Your plan pins to the days you train. Your current plan comes with you and picks up from today.
• New plans: onboarding recommends three programs that fit your equipment and shows you the plan before you commit. Starting a plan asks when you want to start.
• Smarter workouts: plans and one-off sessions are built from coach-designed templates, balance each muscle's weekly sets for your level, and rotate exercises you've done for a while.
• Honest session lengths: plan setup shows about how long each day runs, and a session that runs shorter or longer than you asked tells you why.
• Rest alarm: on iOS 26, the rest timer can ring when your rest is up, even with your phone locked or on silent. You'll be asked to allow alarms once.
• Today shows every session you do in a day.
• Session style, in Settings: choose whether sessions include warm-up ramps, supersets, cardio and a stretch cool-down.
• Specialty machines now count as part of a full gym: the glute ham developer, pendulum squat, belt squat and four more. Set up before this update? Tap Full gym in Equipment to add them. The Roman chair now says so.
• The Streak widget is gone. Your weekly streak is on Progress, and you can add This Week or Recovery from the widget gallery.

Using Daily Reps on more than one device? Update them all. An older version pauses sync until it is updated, and may reset your session style.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-10

Session polish and reliability fixes.

• Smoother in-session navigation — a directional transition when you switch sets, quicker access to Log, and the two Add buttons paired side by side.

• Apple Health workouts recorded by two apps now merge into a single History entry instead of double-counting your time.

• Fixed a rare issue where a brand-new account could get stuck on a "couldn't load your data" screen right after signing up.

• More precise estimated 1-rep-max rounding for dumbbell, kettlebell, and plate-based lifts.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-08

A new look for Daily Reps.

• Refreshed brand and design — a new app icon and a cleaner, calmer interface across Today, Progress, History, Plans and Settings.

• Redesigned Apple Watch app — run a whole session from your wrist, with a clearer set logger, rest timer and workout summary.

• Fixed a sign-in problem that could stop your session from being saved on a fresh install, or after signing out. Affected accounts could get stuck on the Terms screen and would not load their workout history.

• Reliability fixes across workout logging, syncing, rest alerts and Apple Health.
