### 5/5 — Application absolument incroyable !

*2026-09-29*

### 1/5 — Ai Assistant is on Crack

*2026-09-25, version 25.0.29*

AI Assistant Is on Crack

I paid for a full year of Brite because I genuinely loved this app. At this point, I regret paying annually because the AI Assistant, one of the biggest reasons I subscribed, is practically unusable.

The AI feels like it is sober once a week. Every now and then it suddenly works beautifully, reminds me why I loved Brite, and then it disappears back into endless “high demand” errors and becomes useless again.

This is not an occasional glitch anymore. It is a reliability problem with a paid feature.

What makes this worse is the complete lack of customer support. I have emailed Brite repeatedly about the AI failures, including messages specifically about my paid annual subscription, and I have received no response.

Meanwhile, Brite is still publishing updates and new content publicly.

So somebody is home.

Apparently just nobody who answers paying customers.

I should not have to chase a company across email, social media, App Store reviews, and possibly send a carrier pigeon to Armenia just to get a human response about a product I already paid for.

The planner itself is genuinely good, which makes this situation even more ridiculous. Brite built something I loved enough to purchase for an entire year and then paired it with an AI Assistant that works whenever the planets align and support that might as well be staffed by ghosts.

I did not purchase a lottery ticket for occasional access to AI.

I purchased a yearly subscription to a functioning product.

If Brite fixes the AI reliability problem and starts responding to customers, I will happily update this review.

Until then, one star is generous for a paid AI feature that seems to be sober once a week.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2026-09-25, version 25.0.29*

Don’t be fooled by “all the colorful options” this app / company promises. Yes, it looks like it’s going to be impressive at first. Keep looking. I was willing to give it a try, but not sure I love what I was seeing of the product itself anyway - cluttered, inconsistent, not well-explained, and not at all intuitive. But then while I was still trying to navigate through setup, they charged me $70 on day 1 of the free trial. Refunded it when requested and promised free lifetime Pro for their mistake - the ChatBot, I assume. Now I can’t confirm that was done. Chat won’t respond - just says there’s a technical difficulty and try later. Filled out a help request on the app which said they’d respond to by email, and when I hit send, it sent it to chat with the same non-response! Desktop version won’t recognize the email and password used to set up phone app. Starting to think their entire setup is a scam, especially if charging people fraudulently is a pattern and most of them don’t bother to ask for it back.

### 1/5 — DON’T BUY! Can’t cancel. Unhelpful support

*2026-09-16, version 1.0.3*

There’s no way to cancel online that I found. When I clicked on the manage my subscription link it sent me to a Russian cloud payment site (skeeeeetchy) and when I started chatting with their bot about canceling, they offered a free lifetime subscription. I told them to send me a confirmation email stating that I got free lifetime, and they directed me to an area where I ‘could confirm that it’s been set to lifetime’, except it wasn’t, and they just ran me around in circles about it, I think in hopes that I’d give up. In the end, I had to screenshot the convo and will be contacting my bank to prevent future charges.

*2026-09-09, version 25.0.20*

### 3/5 — Love Hate Relationship

*2026-09-07, version 1.0.3*

When it works it’s good. It sync’s across all three devices but the calendars only sync on my iPad. I rarely see them on my phone or computer. I really wish that part would work. Also, scrolling on the computer is difficult. I go to scroll and end p moving things. It drives me crazy.

*2026-09-06, version 25.0.20*

### 1/5 — All native apps refuse to update

*2026-08-30, version 25.0.20*

I paid for a pro subscription last year and waited for new updates. They won’t update on any of my devices and support can’t help me

*2026-08-23, version 1.0.3*

### 2/5 — Appears developer has abandoned the app

*2026-08-19, version 25.0.20*

The app tries to do a lot and is well designed. But there are too many basic things that don’t work and too many promised features that don’t exist. There’s no support but a chatbot that misled me then apologized and corrected itself the next day. I’m thinking the Russian developer has abandoned the US version. I am now concerned this app has nefarious purposes.

Your data, your file, your call.

We rebuilt the export system from scratch. The old CSV button is gone — replaced by a real export tool that respects your data.

What changed

Four formats, you pick
• ZIP archive — everything bundled. Best for full backup.
• JSON — full data, ready for future re-import.
• CSV — opens cleanly in Excel and Google Sheets, no broken Cyrillic.
• TXT — readable plain text, one file per type, newest first.

Smart filters
• Time range: All time / 7 / 30 / 90 / 365 days / custom range
• Per-type checkboxes: Tasks, Notes, Projects, Diary, Habits, Finance, Body, Nutrition, Calendar — pick what you need
• Live preview: "Ready to export: 1,234 entries (~480 KB)" — updates as you tweak filters
• Include deleted entries toggle

CSV that doesn't break
• UTF-8 with BOM — Cyrillic, Japanese, Arabic show correctly in Excel
• Safe against formula injection — values starting with =, +, -, @ are escaped so spreadsheets don't run them
• Standard date format
• All fields plus rich body text preserved

Formatted notes -> clean text
Notes and diary entries with headings, lists, checkboxes, quotes, and tables convert to readable plain text. Lists stay as lists. Checkboxes show as [x] / [ ]. Tables render line by line.

Integrity check
Every export includes a verification hash so you can confirm the backup wasn't corrupted.

Native sharing
• iOS: Share Sheet (Files, Mail, iCloud, AirDrop, Telegram — your choice)
• Web: one-click download

Where to find it
Now in two places:
1. Sidebar menu -> Export — right after Notifications and Tags
2. Settings -> Extensions -> Export

One tap opens the modal. No more two-step Start button.
