Really weird though that the app is hardwired to be on a time zone in England. The design is very clunky and ugly - like the website, but I knew that when I decided to download it. Now playing this game longer, I have found it to be extremely buggy. In one instance where I couldn't find the last set, the "hint" CHANGED a symbol so there was a set. Just today, a hint resulted in a "no set" graphic and subsequent hints made a "set" out of just two symbols. WHAT? A difficult workout for many months. Now? Once solved, I expand the challenge by attempting the same puzzle, over and over, exploring different sequences of sets and finger-taps until I can complete it in 2 seconds. My record is actually 1 second! My tricks are: - Tap a pair of cards, then single, repeat: 2-1, 2-1, 2-1... (rhythm is in 2 but sets are of 3, adding to the cognitive load) - map the sequence so that your eye travels in a circle, visually tracking just one of the 3 cards of each set - train the single card as your visual cue to your kinaesthetic memory of shape of the set (like shape of a chord on a guitar or keyboard), leading to tactile/finger-touch memory - group or alternate sets of like shape (as you would phrases of a musical composition) - take your time; enjoy the process of exploration to discover the most efficient sequence possible - only go for speed once you’ve eventually mapped it all out by touch and shape, training at a comfortable pace, gradually accelerating just because you can. Enjoy!
