Posted every month on Instagram and loved the result, especially when the baby was born. Last 2 years it doesn’t work twice in every 6 month as if it is not paid but it is! So we lose great moments to make for a month and no answer from customer support. I’m searching for a substitute. However throughout the years I’ve noticed the app tends to be laggy/ have had issues logging in/ issues with loading snaps. In the past customer support has been pretty quick to help me resolve these issues. Now I am going through a similar issue and have not been able to get help at all. I was having an issue with the past snaps from my story not loading within the app. I was a bit worried since I had about six months of snaps captured already. I decided to try and delete the app and redownload it to see if it would help. Now I am no longer able to login and as I had mentioned I have not had help from customer service. I have received one email from them saying I need to be Pro to download my snaps. Firstly, I am Pro which they would know if they had looked into my account at all. Secondly, that is not the issue I have as all users should be able to see their snaps within the app. I am very disappointed with this app and it’s lack of customer service as well as the fact that it continues to have issues with the app itself for years that they have not figured out ### 2/5 — Subscription problem *2023-01-29, version 2.7.12* This app is amazing, the best thing to film life with kids. After one year of subscription I desided to buy it again. The money was debited from my account but the app still doesn’t work. I lost access to PRO version even after paying. I don’t want tonpa especially without knowing if I’ll like the app or not. I am glad to see different subscription plans (lower monthly cost) whereas 1SE gives you one big plan. I absolutely DO NOT recommend because I guess the creators were so into trying to make money off upfront people that they don’t even let the app work. ### 1/5 — Why not be honest upfront and tell ppl it’s NOT FREE??! *2022-05-30, version 2.7.12* Seems pretty underhanded when you don’t advertise that you HAVE to subscribe in order to use the app at all!!!! Why not just be honest and upfront about it?? I would’ve been more likely to subscribe had it not seemed like a seriously bad action way of scamming ppl into buying the subscription. Get them pumped on the app then after installing you add… “oh yeah and P.S. you have to pay in order to use the app in any way shape or form.” Seems pretty underhanded if you ask me! Shame on you. Being honest, straight forward and upfront about costs, rules and regulations is good business. The way you’ve conducted yourself with this app is BAD business. Now it will not allow me to generate my videos and just bring me to the screen to get a subscription! I ALREADY HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION. What am I supposed to do? Anytime I try to take a video it prompts me to pay renew my subscription. It’s on auto renew and renews automatically. I’m stuck in this vortex of trying to take a video and the app prompting me to renew when I already did. Even when I do hit renew it says I’ve already renewed. And there is no customer support that will actually respond. Good app if doesn’t get too stuck in the vortex. Almost immediately, I started having issues with it and their customer service never bothered to help me or debug. Then I noticed that they are no longer updating this app to fix bugs, so I guess that explains it. Bottom line is it stopped working and I lost a bunch of memories I thought I would have forever, including those precious first few months after my son was born. Have had the same issue multiple times and have emailed and no longer getting responses from the company. I’ve had 5 years of videos of my daughter pretty much completely lost. There are other apps that will do a better job of solving issues that come up. Keep looking.
