Bad i spin the wheel and it said 25 spins and then said receive and I did a different spin the wheel but in the same app and says receive 5 spins so I spin the wheel 20 time and each time should been 5 spins and nothing app lied

How am I supposed to review 
An app I only had for a couple of spins?but it doesn’t work.

Any time I spin it says 25 spins with say (7) next to it but below it says x2 then I watch the add and it does not give me the reward. It happens every other time I spin.
