It is often late and as I write this it is 12.30 pm and I am still waiting. As suggested on the log in page I’ve contacted them and they have redirected me to you as the subscription is live and up to date so they can not help. It constantly kicks you out of the app and NO ONE from the tech team bothers to reply to messages. This is happening with ALL Hearst publications as I am subscribed to two other magazines which are also not downloading. PLEASE READ THIS AND EITHER REFUND OR FIX THE ISSUES!!!! **Developer response:** Hi Catey2110, Please accept our apologies for the issues you have experienced. We implemented a fix to the app yesterday which should have resolved these issues.
