I loved Christian Hypnobirthing, and I just want to say THANK YOU Tara for creating an app that allows users to continue the benefits of Christ-centered hypnotherapy beyond the season of pregnancy and birth into everyday life! Every time I listen to one of these thoughtfully created tracks, it is like a little mental and spiritual reset.  So grateful for this tool to help me relax and calm my body as I refocus my mind on Christ and Scripture.

This is truly the best Christian meditation app I’ve come across. As someone who loves the idea of meditation but wants to make sure it aligns with my faith, this is exactly what I was after! I love the variety of tracks to meditate on, especially the peaceful parenting track whilst navigating life with my 1-year old! Highly recommend!

I love this app! I refer all my doula clients and pregnant friends to the Christian Hypnobirthing app, and now I refer everyone to this app for everyday life. The words and scriptures Tara shares are life changing and I am forever grateful.
