### 4/5 — Nice!

*2024-09-04*

First off — THANK YOU for making this a one-time payment and not a subscription. I really don’t need another subscription.

I love how easy it is to read my list with the large font and minimalist theme. I love that routines are included. I love the “backlog” feature and the ability to highlight what I’m working on right now.

I wish it had automatically recurring tasks or tasks I could schedule on a certain date. It would be nice to get a reminder on the 15th that it’s time for my dog to get his meds.

I wish I could reorder my to do list (other than the highlighting/go to top). It would be nice to be able to plan the order in which I’m going to do things.

I wish I could go back and rename my routines. Also the ability to sort my routines would be amazing. For example, if I could drag and drop the list order so daily routines are on top for easy everyday clicks and monthlies could be moved to the bottom.

This app is great and I hope you develop it a little more. Thank you!

### 4/5 — peace of mind

*2020-12-28, version 2.2.5*

just opening this app makes me feel calmer and more organized. it’s so simple and there’s a tutorial to show you exactly how to use it so you can jump right in. a to do app should make life easier and this does just that without the hurdles of having to learn a new way to use it.

my only recommendation would be for some type of automation with recurring tasks or scheduling tasks for future dates. i understand that the whole idea is this is a daily to do list so this may be outside the scope of the project.

### 4/5 — Good App But Bugs

*2020-12-04, version 2.2.5*

I've enjoyed using this app for over a year! The only issue I've had is the Pricing feature. It never shows the pricing directly on the List nor does it calculate the total, making the feature useless.

### 4/5 — Never wrote a review before

*2020-11-19, version 2.2.5*

But as someone who hoards and tried many to do list/productivity apps, I really really love this one. The 1 star deduction is ONLY bc I would LOVE a widget to Home Screen option as now that’s really where the competition has an edge and it’s way more effective for productivity visually.

### 4/5 — Improvement suggestions

*2020-11-05, version 2.2.5*

Generally good app. Its what I was looking for...but please add dark mode support and add setting to allow tasks to carry over to next day automatically.

### 4/5 — Minimalistic, handy & easy to use

*2020-10-03, version 2.2.5*

This app is by far the best I’ve found. It has clean, minimalistic design and it is really easy to use. All additional functions (backlog, history, etc.) are extremely useful. What’s more I like the new added feature: the sub tasks. With this feature, it is easier to group your tasks and keep them more organized.

There are two things though that I personally think should be slightly improved. 1. It'd be amazing if more designs/backgrounds were added. 2. Furthermore, I think it’d be handy if on the next day the app asked not only if the user would like to add “unfinished tasks” to today’s list, but also ask if maybe the tasks were completed yesterday, but the user didn’t get the chance to tick them off.

All in all I’d highly recommend this app. It’s awesome.

### 2/5 — Useful but account requirement is disappointing

*2020-09-19, version 2.2.4*

I like the way this app works and how it approaches to-do lists. However, I was disappointed by the need to create an account to retain to-do history. I wanted to find out more about how this account works, but the developer’s website and support links point to a parked domain. This made me uncomfortable creating an account and sharing my email address.

### 4/5 — Best app I’ve found for this, still room for improvement

*2020-08-18*

So I would say this is the best daily to-do list app I have found. To find it, I was only going to get an app that was free and this one does not disappoint. I really like that after every day your tasks for that day go away, but the next day it asks you if you if you would like to carry over the incomplete tasks from the day before. The only thing I would say is that I really wish you could rearrange the tasks on your list without retyping them all in the order you want, because I would really like to put them in the order I want to do them in. I’m not sure if there is maybe a way to do that but I just haven’t figured it out? Also, I have a few things that might be nice to add but also may make this app a little too complicated, I’m not sure: A way to put time stamps on tasks for when you want to do the task, and maybe even an option to set a reminder for that task. Another thing would be sub tasks, so for example if you put a heading “homework” and then under that you list all your homework for the day. I don’t know, just some ideas. Anyways, I would love to also see more themes! Overall, great app, thank you for it being free.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your review. We really appreciate it. Currently there is no way to order task individually. You can only move task to the top of list by highlighting it. Below is a list of answers to your other questions:

1. There is no way to add time stamps to a task unless it's scheduled using the calendar.
2. Reminders are in the settings sections. However these are just general reminders and not tasks specific.
3. Subtask can be created in the main list. Simply add a task, then underneath the task, press on the add subtask button. From there you will start to create your subtask list.
4. Yes!!!! More themes are coming soon.
5. A new feature we added recently is our Pomodoro timer. Press and hold any task to activate.

### 4/5 — Love this app BUT

*2020-07-17*

I love this app. I use a to do list often and I usually use my notes app but this is way cleaner. I love that with a click, it crosses things off my list. I love that it will ask if I want to carry things over that I did not complete to the next day and I love that I can create routines that I can add to my list daily. my first frustration with this app happened this morning. I added one of my routines twice because it was something I genuinely needed to go through twice. The app generated a pop up that alerted me there was tasks twice and asked if I wanted to merge them with the option YES OR NO. I hit NO but it would not let me save my list without hitting YES, which would then delete half my list. VERY frustrating. why even make the no an option if you’re going to force me to hit yes in order to save my list?

**Developer response:** Thank you for the review. Interesting use case where you need to do task twice. Perhaps instead of now allowing you not to add twice. It should just warn you that you are about to add it twice. This way, users don't intentionally add it twice and for users who want to add it more than once it will work. I'll make sure this fix is in the next update. Thank you!

### 3/5 — Can only make a list for the current day?

*2020-07-13, version 2.2*

Makes is useless for me, I’d like to have lists for different days and to plan them ahead; it would only allows to do the list for current day, routines or create events. Still can’t find a perfect app, will stick to my Muji paper calendar for now. I wish there was a free trial or preview, I paid for the app only to find out in 10 min that it’s no use for me :(
Looks nice though.

### 4/5 — Simple yet powerful! But a feature is missing

*2020-07-06, version 2.1.1*

It would be wonderful if we could make lists for the future.

### 4/5 — Tiny font

*2020-06-17, version 2.1.1*

I like a lot about this app but the font is tiny and very faint. When I’m running around and just want to take a quick look, I have to really focus to see the words on the list. I searched and then went to the website and was unsuccessful in finding a way to change this. The features seem great so I hope a font update will come. I look forward to using it.
Seems like it would be a simple fix.

### 4/5 — Nice and Simple

*2020-05-23, version 2.1.1*

Once you get the hang of it, it’s a simple and easy app, I love the themes though I wish they had more.
The only thing I don’t like is the font is too small
it would be great if you could adjust the font or at least make it 2 sizes bigger😀

### 4/5 — new changes

*2020-05-12*

I was using this app pretty much everyday for school, but i’ve been using it less lately. I decided to open up the app today, and it started taking me through the steps that I first went through when I originally got the app in July of 2019. I skipped through all of them since I was very familiar with how it worked, and when I got to the main interface I realized that everything was changed. Not just that, but all of my tasks were gone including my history. For some strange reason, the only thing that was saved was my routines I created a while back. Is there some way I can get these things back? If i’m being entirely honest, I liked the look of the older interface. If I remember correctly, you could just tap on the screen and you would be able to add a task. I loved that feature because it allowed me to quickly add stuff.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the honest feedback. When we updated the app, things went wrong and it did not import all your data over. Sorry about that. The new version is exactly like the previous version. We only moved the navigational items at the top from the previous version to the left navigation. You can access that by pressing on the top-left icon. Other than that it's pretty much the same besides an updated look. We hope you will continue to use it. If you register, you will never lose your data again.

### 3/5 — I used to love it.

*2020-05-04, version 2.0.1*

I downloaded this app on my iPad last year. It was simple to use and worked great until today. My routines are gone and it wants me to start over. I can’t find the routine button only subsets. I looked at the App Store and downloaded it on my iPhone still doesn’t work. There is no left button just a black border. I can only expand the screen. Very sad.

### 4/5 — Great app

*2020-05-03, version 2.0.1*

I love this app. It’s almost exactly what I need. Once the next update comes out, I’ll give it a five. I would love to have automated routines and adding subtasks to my routine.

Trello is great for my main organizing but this app is perfect for my daily routines. It’s sleek and easy to keep track of my daily essentials.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — DON’T BUY...no instructions on how to use options

*2021-02-06, version 2.2.5*

I can creat a single list for today...that’s it. There are no instructions to create a task for every Friday or for every day. There are no instructions to set a task on a calendar day

### 1/5 — Please allow us to mark items as done from the previous day

*2020-10-23, version 2.2.5*

Sometimes I forget to mark tasks as done, and when I go to make my list for the next day I would love to mark sone of the previous days tasks as complete rather than having to add them to today and mark them as complete, or just erase them

### 1/5 — Really hated this app

*2020-07-17, version 2.2.1*

The good thing: it syncs with google calendar
The bad: all of it left, the themes are so limited, fonts are so small even for iphone - they claim you can customize size but there is only a slight difference between small and large barely noticeable. Theme colora could be so much better instead the navigation is so bad with these selections. It also has glitched so much asking me to add a substack every time I open it, i dont want to! And it wont let you skip it, why? It screws up the whole thing. i didnt like it and the photos shown in the app preview looks even bugger than what it is in reality.

### 1/5 — Deleted everything again...

*2020-06-21, version 2.1.1*

I rebuilt my entire list set to the best of my memory & after a month of tracking- not totally happy with the updates, I go to record a few things today & it’s all gone again.
Never again. 😢

### 1/5 — Can’t open it anymore after updating

*2020-06-12, version 2.1.1*

Can’t open and use the app anymore after it was updated to the latest version. Wonder how it could be work again??

### 1/5 — Everything is repeated in list after update

*2020-06-05, version 2.1.1*

I used this app mostly for work. With this update, everything is my list is repeated. I click edit, highlight and delete everything. I add one task and save. My (repeated) list is still there along with the newly created task. This app is now useless. Please fix it. It used to be good.

### 1/5 — EVERYTHING IS GONE!!!!!

*2020-05-29, version 2.1.1*

After update, Everything is GONE!!!!
Where is it???? DO NOT UPDATE!
I contacted the programmer and they knew it would delete everything and did not warn us!!!!!!

### 1/5 — Major Update = Major Fail

*2020-05-05, version 2.0.1*

Like so many others — lost all my data, especially those future events that I had saved and now have to try to recreate from memory. Don’t want or need another account, when I could just use the reminders app from Apple. I’ll be deleting.

### 1/5 — Nice app (edit)

*2020-05-04, version 2.0.1*

Still a good app functionally but recently it was updated and wiped all my to-do list and all my history. Very annoying. At least some warning would have been nice so I could make some copies. No way to get in contact with the developer to see if there is any way to retrieve lost data... I’ve tried to reconstruct my list from memory (which defeats the purpose) but I know there are things which I have forgot. Also the list of completed tasks was useful too. I wouldn’t trust this app now...

### 1/5 — I miss my simple no log in app

*2020-05-04, version 2.0.1*

I had been using this awesome simple did-not-sync-across-devices app for a year. It was a five star. I regret updating without reading the release notes first. I appreciate that many people may have wanted something more sophisticated. I did not. I miss the old app. And like others, I too lost my daily list, history and backlog. Ugh... My bad for not having a current backup.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Exactly what I’ve wanted.

*2021-05-07, version 2.2.5*

Simple and yet so unique. The routines feature is something other productivity apps miss the mark on. Saves me hours of typing out the same tasks I complete every day. PLEASE add a widget and Apple Watch compatibility to check in at a glance.

### 5/5 — Sub tasks makes a great grocery list

*2021-04-26*

PROS: I love that I can check off groceries items as I put them in my cart. I put the store name as the task and each item as a sub task. This is just what I was looking for!

CONS: when there are many items not finished the day before, only the first 5 or 6 are shown to bring forward. Then a lot of dead space. I have found that I can scroll and the rest of the items are there but the front page is so misleading that I have lost a lot of data by not scrolling. If that can’t be resolved then it would be nice to have an option to reinstate those items.

All in all, I really do love this app!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your support!

### 5/5 — love so far

*2020-10-06, version 2.2.5*

I literally just got the app but it’s great I just had a few suggestions that could make this app even better
- i know widgets are new but a widget to add a task and see today’s view
-a weekly or daily view with calendar & lists
-a way to see both events and todos at same time

I’m new so there could be a way to do this but I’m not sure

### 5/5 — Loving it

*2020-06-10, version 2.1.1*

Just downloaded app looking for something simple to jot down my to-do's. Love the grocery feature where you can track prices and maintain a budget! Also very impressed with the developers quick response to my question.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2020-05-02, version 2.0.1*

Glad that with creating an account, our lists are safe. This has had such an amazing effect on the organization of my life!

### 5/5 — It’s great

*2020-05-01, version 2.0.1*

I’ve tried this app for the last 3 weeks and I am really enjoying it, it’s simple and easy to use. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — a calm in the midst of chaos: simple, productive, and easy to use!

*2020-04-30*

As a student struggling to find normalcy and productivity in these unprecedented times, this app has helped me tremendously in setting simple daily routines and lists in a minimalistic fashion!

The sleek design and simplicity of the app allow for a smooth user interface and experience without including annoying pop-up ads or overwhelming you with flashy designs and patterns as compared to other to-do list apps. In fact, the app’s clean look is really what allows you to dial in on your lists without any visual distractions. I can focus on the essential, organize tasks to be completed later on in the week in a backlog, and prioritize tasks with one tap using the highlight feature. I especially like the pricing feature because it allows me to create grocery lists within my budget!! Overall, this app has been a life saver, keeping me productive in all areas despite our uncertain times.

note: I don’t usually write reviews but after seeing all of the negative feedback that has come in due to a recent update, I wanted to write something to encourage others to still give the app a try! You won’t regret it.

### 5/5 — Love this app!

*2020-04-30, version 2.0.1*

I’ve tried numerous todo apps and this has become my go to! The new themes are awesome too.

### 5/5 — This is great!

*2020-04-29*

This app is one of the best simple to do apps you can find! There are no adds, in app purchases or subscriptions. It works exactly as the pictures show it and the features shown are actually useful. Sadly it doesn’t have the option for dark mode but otherwise it is pretty much perfect. (To the developer,
I love your app and the only things you could add are dark mode and an ipad app. Otherwise you made one of the greatest to do apps ever!) Congratulations if you read to the end of this.
Edit(after the new update): I’m a big fan of the new themes and features. One thing, could you maybe add some more plain colors for themes, and marble like in your other app? Thank you for this great app.
-A4thGrader

**Developer response:** Yes, we are working on new features slowly. Thank you for the 5 stars!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2020-04-13, version 1.4*

This app is so amazing! It is super easy to use, and kind of fun! It is so helpful when making a list of to do lists. It can even make routines which is super helpful! Overall, this app is amazing!
