Further, users can even perform manual account balance entries if they prefer and still want a way to track their TSP account balance. Linking your account serves as a convenient and secure means of tracking your TSP account, but is entirely optional within Daily TSP.

Is Daily TSP secure?

Daily TSP takes security very seriously and therefore abides by the latest security standards and protocols. Further, Daily TSP also allows for a four-digit pin code or biometric authentication (face unlock/fingerprint) to be required each time the app is opened for enhanced security - optional feature. Linked account credentials for fetching your TSP account data are stored DIRECTLY on your phone using its secure storage protocol.

How does Daily TSP store app data?

I found this app several years ago and am absolutely thrilled with the ease and reliability I’ve enjoyed. I like to keep abreast of my funds regularly, but logging onto the official TSP.gov site is somewhat cumbersome. What I love about Daily TSP is everything is visible immediately upon opening the app. It’s been quite awhile since I initially purchased and installed it. As I recall the initial setup was once and done. Once configured to my specifications you I haven’t needed to much of anything else. I obviously have the app linked to my official TSP account and I’ve never had any security issues whatsoever. Every couple of weeks or monthly I perform the Link Update. Easy Peasy! Love, love, love it!

Does not provide even close to accurate data. I don’t know where they get info from but you’re better off just logging into tsp.gov. My balance was way off. They literally just make up numbers.

This app has been awesome for seeing your TSP progress at a glance, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work anymore with recent updates. The Linked Update always takes more than 15 minutes, and ultimately spits out an error.
