Dehydration can lead to a number of health issues. Using a water tracker is a great way to make sure you get enough water.  Set reminders through out the day to have a glass every hour and you should hit your goal by end of day

I have a medical condition that increases the risk of blood clots, so it’s EXTREMELY important for me to stay hydrated. This app's tracker and reminders help me remember to drink water, which in turn reduces the risk of blood clots. Literally a lifesaver. However, the ads are placed too close to the button to add water and even sometimes overlap, so you can easily click an ad accidentally. This is frustrating and seems like a deliberate tactic to increase ad revenue.
