as soon as you get started to use the app you had to pay to use anything on there. no free services.

A while ago I was going through a really rough time because of my anxiety and, by chance, I found this app. It’s really helped me to get through the worst days, especially the ones when my anxiety got really bad, and I would hide in my room. The daily reminders popped up on my screen and it distracted me from my thoughts, I was able to focus on more positive things at least for a little while. Setting the reminders at times when I was more likely to feel anxious was great! Over time, I noticed I was having more good days than bad, and I’m sure the app played a part in that. Highly recommend this app to anyone. Thanks to the team. (Hugs)
