Lost its full functionality. Feedback to Unity hasn’t helped unfortunately. I really revered this app for years as an accompaniment to the Daily Word print booklet

I love the concept and the "app" when it is working. But it now seems to stall (won't show the next month's daily inspiration "messages") every few months or so. I've called Unity customer support several times now about this. The response is this: remove delete the app from your phone. Then go to App Store and download the Unity Daily Word app and fill in your login data. It then works, for the next several months. This of course is if you have bought the Digital subscription (which is reasonably priced FYI). I do have a multi-year subscription.   I just wish it would work consistently. (Edit: since I've been removing the user data as well as the app, it does loose the history/ messages I have marked, which is sad. Maybe I can keep the history, I'll try that next time it stalls.)

I love that I am able to listen to to the reading, as well as read and digest the wisdom. I also love the meditation music. The readers’ voices are so soothing and reassuring. Thank you for this wonderful bonus for your online subscribers.

Something is very broken, I have been using this for years and loved it. Most of the time I open it now it won’t even let me log in. I am going to cancel my subscription, this is very disappointing.

I have been using this app for years and used to have no problems and I rely on my daily message. But for the past few months I have not been able to get this feature and that feature to work and today it won’t even progress to today’s message. I’m going to have to call customer service because I pay for this subscription and I’m getting less and less functionality from it.  If it worked I would easily give the app 5 stars.
