I can’t log into the correct account because no matter what I do it doesn’t allow me to log out or delete the account. **Developer response:** Please simply send an email to support@dailydoughrewards.com and we would be more than happy to delete your account. We do not allow multiple accounts and our security system will automatically disable your accounts. Thanks! ### 2/5 — Very limited I guess *2026-05-14, version 2.1.19* This app worked fine at first. After scanning a handful of receipts it tells me I have reached my daily limit come back tomorrow. I have tried for several days in a row now and still get the daily limit reached pop up. I tried looking in the FAQ’s but the only information in the FAQ’s is about the surveys only there is absolutely no information on the receipt scanning. ### 2/5 — Not as great *2026-04-30* I was scanning my receipts and the camera can pick up the dates in the format of month day and year perfectly fine but if you have it in the military format, which gives you the year the month and then the day the receipt app cannot pick it up. It says that it is too far back each receipt gives you 10 coins. You may have a chance for bonus scans, but they want picture of the barcode and then a picture of the product I’ve only scanned in nine receipts and I’m already at Max and I just started. **Developer response:** We get greater than 99% of the receipts perfectly. There are always edge cases in software. They’ll disqualify you after you do the whole 10 min survey that was supposed to take 3 minutes and then not reward you at all. It’s annoying that you have to enter all your info and do a survey to prove you’re not a robot before you can get to the actual survey. I was able to cash out $5 after over a month, but I think I’ll delete this app now because it’s wasting my time. **Developer response:** Hi JKellyMNOP, There may be something with your camera permissions as the app works for thousands of users. We value our users and appreciate you trying DailyDough! -DailyDough Support Team ### 3/5 — Survey disasters *2026-03-25* Scanning receipts is easy enough but you only get 10 points for every receipt. I started taking screen shots of when I begin a survey, as I’m doing it, and when I’m finished. Today I clicked on one for over 1500 points. It was about an 18 minute survey. I invested 10 minutes into it, followed every step and suddenly was told I’m not a good fit for the survey. After 10 minutes I get 20 points for starting the survey. I could scan 2 receipts in 4 seconds for the same 10 minutes I invested. This happens often. The secondary account is not recognized so you lose what you earn and they keep it. I made an honest mistake when I entered my info to get access to my account and created one unknowingly. I asked for my cash out to be sent to my other account and they did not. They did not care that I didn’t create a secondary account to cheat the system, it was truly an honest mistake. Account made in error when upgrading geez **Developer response:** Hello, our security system does not allow a user to have multiple accounts. Please understand this is a fraud prevention measure our system automates. When changing phones please simply login to the account you initially created using your email. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-07-14, version 2.2.0* Stuck at 4,900 - literally 100 away from the minim payout. How convenient. I can no longer access the camera when I select it and cannot contacts t support either. Welp, guess my time was wasted. They are wasting my time and luring me to buy things that is not my usual selection. Do not believe in them. There should be options like paypal, venmo, bank account cash out! Please add more options! Also add the option to link bank account to get points for purchases! There are better options out there. Tried for 3 days in a row but still got the limit notification.
