They took $40 from my account . No contact mentioned . Lost $40.. Go for Stitch fix. This app sucks ### 1/5 — App Bugs Out *2026-06-30, version 4.0.012* An update that you wish you never accepted. The app was slightly clunky before but is now completely nonfunctional. Considering the availability of competitive services in the styling market, this is a major miss. ### 1/5 — DONT DO IT *2026-06-27, version 4.0.011* I thought it would be worth trying for $30. Boy was I wrong!!!!! There is not one good thing I can say. I wasted tons of time on something that just caused me headaches and extra charges after cancelling. The only thing that actually works is the new looks. The page is completely blank when I click on my box and also my orders. First, I signed up and filled out TONS of information on size, style, etc. and nothing saved because the app bugged. Clicked “forgot password” and input my email, and got no email with a bid on the app that says “password check”. So irritating. Have to go online for everything. ### 1/5 — Poor service *2026-05-18, version 4.0.011* I was excited to try this company for work clothes. When I got my preview I was going to switch out 3 items. I clicked the once I wanted to change and it said to select new items. I clicked to look at a dress. It’s told me that it was completed but I never chose anything. Customer service could not reverse it. So I’m supposed to get 3 items instead of 6 and I still have to pay styling fee! Then the app said my box was delivered. And guess what it hasn’t been delivered. I will try stitch fix again. I never had these problems with them ### 1/5 — Glitch *2026-05-01, version 4.0.011* I was excited to use the app. Went through the lengthy get to know me info. And then the app froze at the password screen. I exited and went back into the app multiple times and it wouldn’t pass the screen. I deleted the whole app. ### 2/5 — Not great *2026-04-22, version 4.0.011* The app wouldn’t let me check out. Not impressed with the clothes. Found most of the items to be overpriced compared to what I’ve received from a competitor. Picked “cover” for cleavage and got two low cut tank tops and a low cut jumpsuit/romper (and had also asked to specifically exclude jumpsuits). I like the clothes that were chosen for me, but there are so many glitches in their web services that I will cancel the subscription. The links included in emails don’t lead you to the correct spot or don’t work, and the app won’t let you update your style preferences.
