أنا اشتركت لديكم أكثرمن مرة وكان هناك دائما مشكلتين وللأسف تتكرران مع كل اشتراك الاولى هي تغيير الوجبات طبعا بعد  إشعار المشترك  بيوم وثانيا والاهم هو عدم توصيل الوجبة بموعدها المحدد واحيانا عدم توصيلها نهائياً

الحمدلله اني اشتركت اسبوعين فقط عشان اجرب ومااتوهق. الاكل جودته سيئه الدجاج فيه زفر وبعض القطع غير مطبوخه جيدا. السلطات تجي والصوص فيها لك ان تتخيل كيف بتكون الخس ذايب والفراوله والطماطم متخلل. الزبادي يجيك فوقه القرانولا وطبعا يوصلك ذابل ومايع مع الزبادي مو كرنشي ابدا. يجيني البوكس من دون فطور ومحطوط بداله قطعه حلا. اختار كومبو فيه مكرونه يجيني رز. اخطاءهم كثيره ومب لذيذ انصحكم بعدم الاشتراك

غير ملتزمين بالوقت 
+ الأكل يوصل بارد
+ المندوب نفسية وتعامله سيء كأنك تشتغل عنده 
+ الدعم الفني يسلكون لك واجد قلت لهم كم مرة عن مشكلتي مع المندوب وللأسف نفسه .. ونفس التعامل الفاشل 
+ خيارات الأكل محدودة جداً وغالباً موب نفس اللي بالصورة 
 
الخلاصة تجربتي معهم سيئة ولا أنصح بالتعامل معهم
وفر فلوسك ووفر وقتك ونفسيتك الصراحة ندمت كثير إني تعاملت معهم وكنت محترم معهم أكثر من اللازم

The app is very poor dont let you select the food when opening so i missed my meals because of the app. 
Every day missing delivery to our site and daily few guys can not have food, supervisor and customer care is totally useless they never help simple saying talk to supervisor. 
All the missed meals they get paid but they dont provide meal even after same time complaint. 
We have raised with our company to arrange alternative meal provider or to fix the issue with this provider. 
Meal choice is very limited and app dont let select you out of wide range. 
Need alot of improvement or you will lose customers. 
I have created group and encourage my colleagues to write a review on your service.

تعاملت مع تطبيقات توصيل كثيرة لكن هذا التطبيق هو الأسوأ. اشتركت لمدة اسبوع وحمدلله كان اسبوع فقط ومن اول يوم لم يتم توصيل الوجبة وكلمتهم قالوا عنوانك بعيد عن موقع السائق نعتذر عن التوصيل!! في خدمة اسوا من كذا؟! وفوق هذا يقولون لن يتم ارجاع المبلغ ومافيه تعويض عن الوجبة بالرغم من اني دافعة المبلغ كاامل. انصح بالابتعاد عن هذا التطبيق للاسف تجربة سيئة جددا
