### 2/5 — Products are decent, Customer Support is Horrible.

The products are decent. But their customer support is so horrible. Especially the AI agent. Talking to the bot is the most frustrating thing you’ll ever have to do in your life. At no point is there an option to connect to human agent. Even if you ask for one the bot keeps repeating the last thing it said. After struggling with this bot for sometime it finally said connect you to one of our human agent and then it says it is outside of our operating hours. Obviously it is, I’ve been asking it to connect me to a human agent since 30-40 minutes, and it does that only when the working hours are over. 
Honestly the products are not that unique to deal with this frustration.

Been using their products since 2023, from bags to gadgets, all of them are very high quality and high tech and very strong built bags. 
Keep doing what you are doing team Daily Objects, thanks for innovating strong products for us.

Their products are but their customer care support is very worst. I cannot contact their customer support after trying for nearly 4 days after the delivery to exchange my product with another, not even return but to exchange my product, I have requested, but no reply from their side. So please keep in mind once you order the product. Exchange or return is very difficult from their side…. It also frustrating that I cannot exchange my product after I am buying as there is no one to respond, but they keep AI to respond in WhatsApp and while calling… so keep in mind while ordering any product…

I have bought multiple products from DO. I feel they can do better at pricing, it's a bit on the higher side.

Also, there's a need to add a feature to have multiple delivery addresses option while placing the order.

For some reason the app often doesn’t show all the items I have in the cart, so I have to close the app and open it again for it to process that the items in the cart have increased or decreased, it will show the correct number but won’t display the items rest everything is fine.

Recently i had purchased a cross body bag for my wife and the color started fading within a month and when i raised a complain with the company i got a mail that we cannot change the product for you. What we look in the images of this app is just a good skill of the photographer and editors. But the quality of products is what the company should look at. These products are easily available at streets. Rather than buying these products from daily objects and paying so higher amounts i think we should buy it offline and save our good amount. Waste of time , Energy and Money. 
I want this messages to be seen by everyone.

Application is user friendly but the only defect is am not able to write the below query in ‘Contact us’ and submit. Kindly look in to .. 

Apple Watch silicone watch strap(White color) is not available for 38/40 mm.. I have been looking for it from months ago and it hasn’t been restocked. I request you to restock it and give me a notification when it’s available..

I recently ordered 2 glass back mobile cover for my iphone x. The quality of the covers is good and i got them both at around 1100 as some offer was going on. The covers are worth the price, i am getting compliments about them and even the quality is premium. Haven't tried their other products yet. The app works fine and is just a framework based on their website . Good service overall .

This app is a bigg joke and fake. What they actually show vs what they delivery has NO match at all ... They show great quality with all the digital images in app and deliver poooorest quality... phone cases are not even worth For Rs.50 ... Would not recommend to anyone. Don't get fooled

I’ve noticed something concerning about this platform’s review system. When I purchased a product the first time, it was good, and my positive review was posted on the website without any issue. However, my second purchase didn’t meet expectations. I submitted an honest review, but it was never published.

When I contacted customer support, I was told that the company does not post negative reviews. This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. By only displaying positive feedback, the platform appears to be manipulating ratings and misleading customers about the true quality of their products.

Customers deserve to see genuine, balanced reviews before making a purchase decision.

I bought watch straps from them on 3rd May.. the courier partner supposedly attempted a delivery on 6th May (I doubt that too as I didn’t received any call). It automatically got updated that the customer requested a future date delivery. Somehow I feel the courier guy have started to read customer minds.
Moreover, they never attempted a so called future date delivery till date. I called DO Customer care thrice till 13th May; they assured me that we will get it delivered within 24 hrs. However; the clocks at their offices have stopped working (24 hrs is not getting completed for them). They are not prompt in responses as well.
Now, I had to ask for a refund.

This website is seriously fooling customers with very very very cheap quality products at a very high price. I ordered 3 apple watch bands frankly speaking the quality was pathetic. Its better you purchase watch bands and other products from a local market in your city instead of wasting money on this pathetic website. All pictures of watch bands on this website are pasted from apple official website the actual product which this website is selling at 1700 is not more than a value of 200 so beware guys don’t buy anything from Dailyobjects dikhega kuch milega kuch

I got delivered the wrong product (laptop bag) and getting it exchanged for the correct one was a complete nightmare. As of today, It’s been almost 3 weeks and I still haven’t got a replacement. I have wasted a lot of time explaining the same issue to various customer service agents and have waited on hold multiple times. 
For the price point of the products, such terrible after sales is a disappointment. 
 
If you are planning to order a product as a gift for someone as I did, be warned that you might not be able to hand over your gift for a few weeks after the occasion. You you absolutely must order from here, plan atleast a month in advance.

The designs appear good but they are going off after using for one month. I bought three totally. The phone case design came off when placed on a table which was slight lying wet. If it couldn’t withdraw few droplets of water how can we believe on the quality of this product. I have used a lot of printed design cases but never experienced like this before. Its used a little more than a month so no return option also. Overpriced and less quality also. Highly not recommended.!!!!

I have raised required on the same day on the day I have purchased 2 leather strap for the iwatch however they came used one to which I raised required to change it … it’s been a week there is no response and I tried to call as well but unable to reach them … then I tried to raise request for call which also is not important to them… I won’t be buying anything in future and request every other person to not to buy since they do not understand the value of customer.

I have ordered 2 apple watch band and 2 iphone back case. I got the product after 1 week . In that 1 back case was broken and one apple watch band was not up to the mark, hence i have raised request for return/exchange. After 10 days. Ihave received a damaged case again and the apple watch has not taken back till date. I am still waiting. Seriously very pathetic service. When I called customer care that guy was really sleeping while talking day time itself. Not acceptable at all, not recommended to anyone.

This is literally the worst ever app i have ever come across. I placed an order on 26th of july 2021 and it was a prepaid order and I haven’t received my products or any information regarding my order. Literally so unprofessional. No shipping updates or anything at all. I would seriously recommend everyone to not purchase from them if you don’t want to waste your money. If i could give zero stars i would have. Have been a DO buyer since past 4 years because I loved the print quality and durability. However the company has lost quality with time and expansion... the print on phone covers chips off within a month or two. Totally not worth the money. Also the feedback / contact us part of the app doesn’t work properly. There is a problem with the submit button since the beginning and hasn’t been fixed. It is really difficult to get in touch with them because the timings to call are limited to office hours on working days - which doesn’t work for me :( I am very disappointed that such an amazing brand has lost its USP.

So I ordered a phone cover last month from daily objects website. I wrote to their customer support on their website that the government is now allowing businesses to send couriers. The very same day I get a message on my phone with a tracking no, saying that my order has been dispatched and I can track it using the given no. But when I click on the tracking no it gives me an error message to top it all when I tried writing to them about my order literally all order details / history has vanished from my account. Terrible experience!

While the products are good the customer service is awful. You cannot get anyone on phone, no one gets back to as promised and things take long to be delivered. They need to learn how to manage logistics. A long way, in fact a very long way to go. I also blame it on over relying on tech and WhatsApp chatbot. That is almost always a sure way to kill customer service.

Worst product platform ever. Im giving it a 5star not because the service is good but i want this to reach out to all those who first see the rating and then build trust with the brand. I want this review to pop up on top for everyone’s reference. 

I asked for an exchange of the product that i bought. 
The delivery guy took the product back for the exchange. But i never received the exchange. Its been a month already and their whatsapp message say we will contact you shortly but no one calls. The help line number is never connected to executive only bots waste your time.
Its a scam. Really disappointed. Don't know what are they doing in their office all day long with such a bad customer experience.
