## What is DailyRythm?

DailyRythm brings nutrition, workouts, hydration, and daily planning into one calm place.

Log meals and see calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat against goals. Add food manually, scan a barcode or nutrition label, adjust serving sizes, and review the numbers before saving.

Build reusable workout plans, track sets in a focused grid, continue an interrupted workout, import sessions from Apple Health, and compare the work you are doing today with what came before.

The Today view gives you a readable snapshot without noisy streak pressure or punishment. Insights help you understand nutrition and training patterns over time, including custom metrics that matter to you.

DailyRythm is local-first. Your records live on your iPhone. Cloud sync and Google integrations are optional and only activate when you sign in. You can export your data or permanently delete your account and synced records from Settings.
