There’s no communication with anyone from Daisy. They send out assessment notices without telling you exactly what the money is for. I swear I think they’re just pulling numbers out of the air. Legally, they’re supposed to send documents if requested, and they refuse. You can only use this stupid app to communicate with them. We’ve had several issues. And there’s no one to call. ### 1/5 — Incompetent *2026-01-02* Do not use this service for your building if your want good service with your financial information ### 1/5 — Rejects COI without reason *2025-11-23* Makes it really difficult to plan any deliveries and work on the apartment. I wish our building never have chosen them. ### 1/5 — It’s vibe coded and it shows *2025-11-18* Very buggy app that uses too much low quality AI summarization. Difficult to navigate threads on tickets or track if anything is being done once a ticket is submitted. Tickets can be untouched for days with no follow up. ### 1/5 — Just a black hole of AI *2025-07-30* It is impossible to get any response from this app besides an AI automated response. You ask it anything you will get a response saying we will look into it, and it will open a ticket. In 3 days the ticket will be closed, and the issue resolved with not action or communication. This process so far has cycles indefinitely. ### 1/5 — Worst management company in all my years in NYC *2025-06-24* It is impossible to get a response from these guys. I have a wrong statement from them and late fees have been piling up, all I can get is an automated bot telling me they will look into the issue. With bugs (ex: would keep kicking me out of the groups) but it worked.. now it logged me off completely and cant log in.. said my acct needs verification, which it got verified (confimed via email), and the app still says needs verification (even after a reinstall).. can not use the app now ### 5/5 — Daisy and the app have been good for our co-op *2024-12-14* Our previous management company had nothing like this.
