## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not working

*2026-07-10, version 1.1*

Does not connect. Please fix

### 1/5 — Practically Non-Functional

*2026-07-07, version 1.1*

Love the idea! Unfortunately, the app actually connects to the headphones one in every thirty(?) attempts (if that). For me it’s perpetually stuck trying to connect, even with uninstalling and reinstalling and turning headphones on and off. Wish I actually could customize my own EQ!

### 2/5 — Unreliable

*2026-07-09, version 1.1*

Doesn’t seem to connect/work with USB-C to USB-C connection. It works fine if the headphones are connected via Bluetooth.

### 3/5 — App Issues

*2026-07-11, version 1.1*

the day I got my set the app worked fine , 2 days later I can’t connect my headphones to the app but I can connect to my phone via bluetooth

### 4/5 — Clean, simple

*2026-07-10, version 1.1*

Not a lot going on but it’s clean, simple, and works well for me

### 4/5 — good start

*2026-07-09, version 1.1*

The app is clean and easy to use, but I’d love to see more customization options added over time. The headphones themselves feel great, but the app feels somewhat limited for a premium feeling product.

Dynamic Bass is cool, but I wish it had adjustable levels instead of just a toggle. A more advanced EQ or even more EQ presets would also make the sound so much more personalizable. Lastly, transparency mode could also benefit from adjustable levels.

Overall, the app is simple and functional, but I hope future updates provide deeper control and more flexibility. Great start, I’d argue, with lots of room for growth.

### 4/5 — Functionality and features

*2026-07-07, version 1.1*

This app is clearly in the beginner stages of being pushed out, the core features are pretty basic but they work well! Nothing gimmicky or showy just clear and straight performance.

The options are pretty straightforward with there being 4 main options being EQ, Noise Cancellation feature, Headset detection, and Dynamic Bass.

The menu leads to agreements, FAQS, and user agreements and privacy details, so pretty barebones. Not

As new Daisy one products and updates roll out, I’ll be excited to see how this changes!

### 5/5 — Simple & Functional

*2026-07-09, version 1.1*

Gives me on the fly adjustments to make my own EQ, which is nice! Not much else to it at the moment.
