## What is Daisy?

Most people take supplements somebody once recommended, in doses they never checked and stop when the bottle runs out.

Daisy is for working out which ones you actually need, how much of each is genuinely safe and which ones you can stop buying.

FIND OUT WHAT YOU ALREADY COVER
Your routine is added up nutrient by nutrient and measured against published reference intakes. You see a number for every nutrient instead of a claim on a label, so the gaps are obvious and so is the overlap.

CATCH THE DOSE THAT CREPT UP ON YOU
Two products can contain the same mineral without either bottle mentioning it. Daisy totals them together and compares the result against the published upper limit, so a stack that quietly doubled your magnesium shows up the moment you build it, rather than months later.

Where no authority publishes an upper limit, Daisy says so plainly instead of inventing a ceiling. "This is the safe maximum" and "nobody has set one" are not the same sentence.

BUY THE RIGHT FORM, NOT JUST THE RIGHT NUTRIENT
Magnesium glycinate and magnesium citrate are not the same purchase. One is gentler and suits sleep and stress; the other loosens the bowel, which is useful if that is what you came for and unwelcome if it is not.

Daisy compares the forms a shop actually sells, using what you told it you were after, and shows the trade-off on each: how well it absorbs, how it tends to sit with your stomach, how much of the capsule is really the mineral, and what it costs. You walk into a shop knowing which bottle to pick up.

GET ADVICE THAT CHANGES WHEN YOU DO
The guidance is assembled from your own answers about diet, age, sex, sleep, caffeine, alcohol and stress. Someone eating no animal products gets the B12 conversation. Someone taking iron with their morning coffee gets the 2 hour gap. It reads like it was written for you because it was put together from what you said.

TURN "I FEEL OFF" INTO SOMETHING SPECIFIC
Pick what you have been noticing from a grid of everyday symptoms and Daisy maps them to the nutrients that commonly explain them, each with an honest likelihood and the caveat that a symptom is a hint and not a diagnosis.

FOLLOW A PLAN INSTEAD OF BUILDING ONE
Ready made protocols for sleep, stress, gut health, longevity and life stage, each one a complete routine with the timing worked out, what to expect written down week by week, and how strong the evidence is on every claim. Two taps from "I want to sleep better" to something you can actually start.

ACTUALLY TAKE THEM
Your day is laid out by time of day, with the food rules that change how much gets absorbed. Iron away from your coffee. Vitamin D with something fatty. Magnesium in the evening. Reminders arrive at your times, one tap logs a dose, and a streak keeps count without nagging you about it.

SEE WHETHER IT IS DOING ANYTHING
A short daily check in on energy, sleep and mood, plotted beside what you actually took. Patterns, not proof, and Daisy is careful about the difference.

READ THE REASONING, NOT THE MARKETING
Every supplement page grades its own evidence honestly, separates the reference intake from the dose people actually take, and lists the sources it came from so you can open them and read them yourself.

Daisy will also tell you when food is the better route or when you do not need a supplement at all, simply because we care about you.

WHAT DAISY IS NOT
It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything and it is not a substitute for advice from your doctor or pharmacist. If you are pregnant, taking medication or managing a health condition, take what you find here to a professional rather than acting on it alone.
