Bonjour, il serait bon d’optimiser l’appli aujourd’hui trop basique => démarrer sur les favoris, mettre un scénario en favoris, rendre compatible avec l’application « Raccourcis » de Apple (pour programmer des scénarios plus complexes, par exemple fermer les lames lorsque je quitte mon domicile), agrandir la taille des boutons car bcp de vide sur l’écran, gérer la descente de store pergola en % pré-définissable (ou des positions favorites configurables), et pouvoir piloter lames et stores avec Alexa (seul l’éclairage est géré aujourd’hui)…. Je regrette avoir choisi TELECO pour ma pergola, SOMFY aurait été plus configurable !

For the $650 price tag this hub and its application are a fraud.  It is buggy at best.  Constantly freezing and hanging on every command after working relatively well for a day.  Do not waste your money; control your louvres and blinds with the remotes.

Es wird eine Registrierung benötigt. Zudem will die App zwingend meine genaue Position wissen. Beides ist für eine Pergola Steuerung nicht nötig. KEINE HomeKit Integration geplant. Zur Einbindung in ein HomeKit Smart Home nicht brauchbar. Keine API verfügbar. Somfy Tahoma und andere können hier mehr. Schade, bei einem Invest von knapp 40.000 Euro… der telefonische Support von Teleco ist super freundlich.

Depuis qques semaines la box Daysi semble ne plus communiquer….
« Box not reachable » message apparaissant dans l’app.
Impossibilité de manœuvrer ma pergola depuis le téléphone.
Aucune indication dans le manuel…
Très décevant compte tenu du coup engagé.
Pourtant au début tout fonctionnait.
Juste hyper déçu et très énervé.

Abbiamo installato diverse pergole. L’apparecchio perde la connessione di continuo. Inoltre, manca la compatibilità con Apple HomeKit che è l’unico sistema Smart di cui ci fidiamo veramente per privacy e sicurezza. Google e Amazon si disconnettono spesso.

Déconnection chronique du wifi (obliger de rebooter la box toute les semaines) et ne fonctionne plus du tout depuis 1 semaine. Essayer de désinstaller l app et la re-installer. Impossible de se re-logger, impossible de créer un nouveau compte (erreur sql). Réagissez !!

J’ai du reinitialiser mon compte. Impossible d’en re-creer un nouveau. Le formulaire ne s’envoie jamais et je ne reçois aucun lien d’activation (spam inclu…)

Sto utilizzando la app da qualche giorno per comandare da remoto la pergola. Premetto che sono esperto informatico, e ho seguito le istruzioni fornite alla virgola: il wizard di collegamento alla rete wifi funziona una volta su dieci; una volta collegati al wifi, si scollega in continuazione dalla rete o perde il collegamento con i servizi cloud; la app va in crash di continuo; non si riesce a fare logout o a cancellare i contenuti; crash continui; probabile che i servizi di backend siano più giù che su! Peccato che la periferica Daisy Teleco costa 379€!!! Aggiornate la app e risolvete i bug, perché così è tutto inutilizzabile. Sconsigliato assolutamente l’acquisto.

Sehr teure Hardware (Daisy Box) die leider nicht in der Lage ist das teleco System zu bedienen. Support etc. gibt es leider nicht.

"The app says it’s connected to the cloud, yet when commands are sent, it says it cannot connect to the cloud. This happens randomly, and I have not been able to get a response after three communications sent through their website. Our entire home is a smart home, and the Daisy app constantly lets us down."

I use this app to operate a bioclimatic pergola with adjustable slats and lights. Make sure the proprietary control boxes have the wires in the right inputs. Mine was prewired incorrectly. Once corrected, all the features of the app work perfectly including timers. It also receives a very strong WiFi signal which probably helps its stability. I have been using this app for a couple of years now with no issues.

Application couplée avec un box domotique pour piloter des volets roulants qui n’étaient pas connectés.
L’installation s’est très bien déroulée, le support de Teleco m’a assisté pour l’apprentissage delà première télécommande.
Il faudrait pouvoir associer un timer à un scénario, ce n’est possible qu’avec un objet.

App ben fatta, non proprio intuitiva all’inizio, ma una volta presa confidenza risulta tutto piuttosto semplice. Provata sia tramite alexa che da app funziona perfettamente. Sarebbe molto utile se nei timer poteste mettere i secondi per consentire la regolazione in apertura/chiusura di tende e tapparelle. Grazie

Parfaite application. Fait le taff. Facile à programmer. 
Pouvez-vous SVP développer l’application également sur iwatch. Ça me permettrait quand je suis dans mon Jacuzzi, de piloter la pergola située au dessus. 😉
