Elle is visiting the Parlour ice cream shop. Where? " downtown"! Commercials for SD businesses and spots for events rarely give locations. Rodeos, festivals, car shows, etc are just mentioned and sometimes even the name of the event is not given. Also..visited the Dakota News Now website and no email, Facebook, Twitter, etc links or addresses. ### 1/5 — Slanted, Biased, and NOW with Data Mining Ads!! *2022-06-03* Coverage of national news comes with a more balanced approach than expected from many sources. Regarding local news, on the other hand… The determination to not only spin narratives but also ‘gin up’ faux political outrage from whole cloth—whether for ratings, or duty, or orders from “corporate”—is undeniable and pathetic! Let readers/viewers think for themselves, maybe? Living in a “flyover state” does not automatically predicate either a lack of intuition or intellect in the populous, you arrogant socialist bigots. That said, note also that this app is also crammed with so many data-mining advertisements for “one simple trick…” your phone may need a hard reset and spiritual cleanse after its inevitable uninstallation. ### 1/5 — Back to 9th Grade English *2021-01-31* The misspelled words and grammar mistakes on a lot of stories makes me think the person(s) putting these stories on the app need to go back and repeat 9th Grade English class. ### 1/5 — White on white *2020-02-18* Since the update you can’t read it light colors on light background, goodbye am back to Kelo weather app ### 1/5 — Font color unreadable *2020-02-16* The weather app update that was just done has white font on a light gray background.
