It’s so much easier to deposit checks and log in now. The new design also looks so fresh and clean, definitely happy with their upgrades. ### 1/5 — Old app was better *2025-09-05* This app does not work with newer technology. Just to deposit a check, I have to use my 7 year old iPad. Very disappointed in Dakotaland. ### 1/5 — Mobile Deposit *2025-08-25* The mobile deposit has always been a problem, but it’s even worse on the new app. I’ve tried countless times to deposit a check with no luck. What they don’t tell you is that you have to go to their website and make a completely new user name and password. Could log in with the old app, no problem. New app won’t t even let me log in. Total fail. ### 1/5 — 0 stars *2024-12-01* Seriously dakotaland. I was planning on switching banks anyways due to your crappy customer service but now it’s a no brainer. I’m using the correct username and password and I can’t log into my account. I have no more patience for you.
