The status of the packages do not get updated as they should. They want you to use the app but you’ll never really know where your package is.

The app is amazing. It helped me easily keep track of my package, and it is very easy to navigate. I also liked that it stays updated and sends notifications, so I always knew what was happening with my shipment.

Another great feature is that you can submit a ticket directly through the app and receive a response without having to call customer service. For a Haitian shipping company to offer this kind of tool is truly impressive and very beneficial for customers.
