Dali Secure QR is a QR code creator, scanner, and sharing app built around a feature ordinary QR tools do not provide: Dali Secure, a local human-verifiable comparison-code workflow for web links. Beyond basic QR code creation and scanning, Dali Secure QR helps people verify, exchange, save, and reuse QR content with more confidence. DALI SECURE VERIFICATION A normal QR code is easy to scan, but it is hard to inspect by sight. If a printed QR code is replaced, or if a displayed QR code points somewhere unexpected, people usually do not know until after they scan and open it. Dali Secure QR adds an extra verification step for supported web links. When you create a web-link QR code, Dali Secure QR calculates a short human-readable comparison code from the QR content. That code can be shown beside the QR code in a document, sign, presentation, web page, or printed material. When someone scans the QR code with Dali Secure QR, the app calculates the comparison code again locally on the device. Before opening the link, the person can compare the newly calculated code with the code displayed beside the QR code. This creates a simple verify-before-open workflow. The scanner can check whether the QR content matches the expected code before deciding to continue. STANDARD QR CODES, NOT A CLOSED FORMAT Dali Secure QR creates standard QR codes. The QR codes are not proprietary and do not require Dali Secure QR to be useful. QR codes created with Dali Secure QR can still be scanned by normal QR readers, including the built-in Camera app on iPhone. Dali Secure is an added verification layer for people who want the extra check, while standard QR compatibility remains intact.
